Great Modern Facilities in a true Multi-purpose Hall
All the premises are double glazed and centrally heated with hot and cold water to toilets, kitchen and bar. There are wheelchair ramps to both front and rear entrances. For pictures click here.

Main Hall
Hold, approx 90 cabaret style ( tables and chairs), many more theatre style (100 new padded chairs available in the hall + additional 100 plastic chairs which can also be used outside)
Near full width raked stage, Polished maple wood floor. Curtains to windows.
Wheel chair access, Access to toilets including disabled facilities
Tables and chairs available on transporter trolleys from storage at same level and adjacent to the hall.
Sound system available, Hearing Induction loop

Kitchen  and bar opening onto the side of the hall.

Audio and Projection equipment is installed for hirers use.

The Harris Room (Meeting room at rear of stage so it can be used as dressing rooms for theatre events.) 
Can hold up to 30. Ideal for committee meetings or small groups

Separate outside access and toilet facilities (including disabled) available enabling two events take place at the hall at the same time.
Can be divided into two say for male/female dressing rooms for stage productions or for small meetings.
NB Access from main hall is via three steps but there is an external ramped access if required
Kitchenette with microwave, kettles, crockery and cutlery available within the room for simple refreshments

Large cooker and hob, Grill, Fridges + freezer, Dish washer, Plate warmer, Microwaves, Hot water dispenser for drinks, Fly zapper.
100 place settings of crockery and cutlery.  Serving dishes and bowls.  Cooking utensils. Pans and oven trays, Bain Maries
[Note: access to the above is restricted to those paying the kitchen hire fee. There is a limited amount of crockery and cutlery + a fridge readily accessible for regular users to make light refreshments]

Storage rooms (The old kitchen and old bar) 
Recently upgraded (2013)
Accessible directly at hall level. Racked storage and cupboards are available for regular users.
Light weight Tables (2m, & 1,2m) are stored on movable trolleys. Six 1.2m round tables are also available.
100 stackable chairs are also stored with a chair trolley to move stacks. (Some chairs are stored in the Hall).  Additional plastic seats are stored elsewhere.  
The old cellar has also been converted into a work area and storage for maintenance staff.  

There is car parking on tarmac for about 12 cars + on the road parking for many more.  There is one designated disabled space and, as there is a tarmac road on all sides of the building, providing easy unloading to the front, stage and kitchen entrances.  On one side of the Hall we have a lawned area with trees and this combined with the paved area is ideal for Barbeques and other external events.  On the other side of the hall is a well maintained flower garden.  A publicly accessible defibrillator is mounted on a side wall at the front of the building.
